Michael Robertson did an amazing and thorough job with our inspection. I was very impressed. I was expecting the report to take up to 48 hours but was pleasantly surprised when we received our inspection AND infrared report later the same day. This is my second time hiring them. On each one I was very satisfied. I cannot imagine purchasing a property without a professional inspector. In my experience it has always paid off. Either by noticing stuff that you usually oversee or just documenting issues. This will eventually and potentially offset the cost of the inspection. Otherwise you are also buying piece of mind. Both times they have been on time within the initial quote responsive and professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
